Casa Luna Beach House is an "Upside Down" house.  We designed it to optimize the lot size, beach/sea views and breezes.

Main Living Space:

Our 2nd floor is the main floor of the house with a full kitchen, indoor living space that connects to a large balcony with comfy living seating and a dining table that seats up to 6 people.  Also, on the 2nd floor are 2 large air conditioned bedrooms with their own adjacent bathrooms.

This floor catches the sea breezes, offers a great sea and beach view.  Our balcony is where we hang out most of the time.

Our 1st floor (entry level) has 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, ensuite 3 piece bathroom and kitchenette/bar area.  There is a hammock, lounge chairs and conversation seating on this huge outdoor deck.  It's private with fencing and gardens.  There is a plunge pool and jungle garden on this level.  You can hear the waves and catch the breeze on this level too.  It's where we all hang out in the afternoon to tell stories of the animals we saw and what adventures we've had.
