Casa Luna Beach House

 

Is a unique home.  Designed and built by us for our family and friends to enjoy the beauty and beach vibe of Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica (South/East Coast)

 

In order to capture views and breezes the main level of the home is on the 2nd floor. The upper floor (2nd floor) has a full kitchen, living room inside, large balcony with a dining table and comfortable couch outside overlooking the beach and sea.  This level has 2 identical bedrooms that sleep 2 people in each room.  Both bedrooms have their own 3 piece bathroom, ample storage space, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.  The first floor of Casa Luna Beach House has a huge deck, garden, plunge pool, outdoor seating, a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink and an island with seats.  There is a very large bedroom on this level with 2 queen beds and an ensuite 3 piece bathroom.  This bedroom also has a ceiling fan and airconditioning.  It also has 2 sliding doors that open out onto the pool deck.  It's a great space for teens to have some privacy or a couple to have some private space if they wish.

Please note that, in order to escape our busy lives in Toronto, we have chosen not to have a television at the house.  If we do want to watch some shows we connect with our laptop or ipad whenever we need. 

​

Another item we've chosen to no have at the beach house is a Microwave.  We do not have one at our home in Canada and have chosen to not install one in our jungle home.
